As inventors of the first hand-held pneumatic carving tool, they appreciate the special responsibility they have to you to ensure the highest quality and performance of each and every tool they make.
Their pneumatic tools, carbide-tipped tools, steel tools and hammers are all made with the finest material available and with a special attention to form and detail that will ensure the performance you require. All their tools are handmade in small production runs and tempered, enabling them to maintain their high standards of quality.
Each pneumatic tool that bears the Trow & Holden Company name is test run for a minimum of 8 hours in order that they may completely guarantee the performance of every tool. The piston size and a 5-digit serial number are stamped on the cylinder body, allowing them to record and keep track of the physical specifications and performance of every pneumatic tool they have ever made.
Trow & Holden for Stone Masonry Hand tools and hammers are used for splitting, shaping and trimming stone. Whether roughing out large sculpture or splitting boulders for a traditional stone wall, the tools are used essentially the same way. Over the past 112 years, Trow & Holden company has developed a full range of hand tools and hammers in a wide variety of sizes to meet all your stoneworking needs. Steel blade hand tools are suitable for softer stone or light-duty use. Carbide-tipped hand tools are recommended for harder stones and will last longer with less maintenance.
